Brian was very professional, prompt and did a fabulous job with the blinds on our huge sliding glass door and windows. We had no idea what we wanted to do to provide privacy and keep out the hot afternoon sun and Brian knew just what to do.

Our new blinds totally transformed the look of our living room and we couldn't be happier. Pricing was more than fair and the customer service was above and beyond. The job was completed in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DoctorBlind to anyone.

Contacted Dr Blond to put shades in our home gym. That were quick, easy and efficient!! The project turned out perfect and was completely painless!

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Dr. Blind did with our motorized solar shades. While the unassuming showroom is not the most glamorous in the area, they more than make up for it with their vast selection and technical expertise.

I was seeking new shades to be retro-fitted into an existing system. Several outlets I visited told me it couldn't be done even though the original installer (now retired) told me that it could. Brian at Dr. Blind not only said that its could, he seemed to welcome the challenge.

He gave me what I thought was a fair price and, most importantly, an accurate timeframe for delivery. As so often happens with any retro-fit, there were surprises at the time of installation resulting from old equipment and older technology. He rose to the challenge, didn't increase our price and the resulting shades have transformed our space.

I highly recommend Dr. Blind and woould certainly use them again if the need arises.

Seriously, this business provides fast, courteous and excellent service. Blinds are much more complicated these days with remote control, motors, app's, etc. Brian has deep understanding of options available as well as how the system integrates into home automation. Products offered are excellent too. And he's responsive, timely, professional and creative...love this business!

Doctor Blind is a terrific company with great customer support! I was expecting an out-of-town visitor and needed the blind fixed ASAP in the guest bedroom. They did the repair within 4 days, and now it's better than new! I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough about this company.!!! From the receptionist to the owner, who by the way shows up for the sales call, measuring, and are you sitting down? Installation, yes he comes and does all of your installation!!!!! He is a perfectionist, which was perfect, so am I . Funny I knew exactly what I wanted until Brian showed me his book of the latest, and beautiful blinds, that added beauty to our room with energy saving benefits!! But wait there's more!!!!!! When we ordered Hunter Douglas there was a special which was including remotes!!! Get ready for this,,,, maybe sit back down, Brian is really nice, funny, and takes his shoes off when he works, and worked in his stocking feet. If I knew he was going to do that, I would have scrubbed the floors. Seriously, you cannot get better service, knowledge or straightforward help from everyone you talk to than this company !!!

I had a really wonderful experience with doctorblind. Brought my blinds in to be repaired, after a couple of weeks they let me know that they couldn't fix them. I was a little upset, but when I came to pick them up, there was a check and they were packaged up so nicely. Oh yeah, a check, they wanted to pay for them to be repaired, I never game doctorblind a penny. Long story short, they completed my $65000 silhouette project a about a month ago, absolutely the best experience I've had with a window treatment company. They just put motorized solar shades in my garage to, so very nice. Thank you for everything. Hope others read this.

I have used many installers in Sarasota over the years, and I now use only Brian at Doctor Blind. He knows the products well, installs with greater care and security of the product better than any other installer I've used, is dependable, and is very fair in his pricing. In the past three years I have used Brian on several different occasions, often to correct problems of other installers. I give him the highest marks and strongest recommendations.

I purchased my Luminettes from Brian and they just installed them the other day, I see them on the website, and they look even better in person. Brian and company were an absolute pleasure to work with. They installed all four of my Luminettes in about 2 and 1/2 hours, they were quiet and neat. We called a few companies in the area to do a repair. They said they had to take the blind down take it to the shop to fix and bring it back. It would be a charge to take it down ......a charge to have it fixed ....then a charge to put it back. Well over $200 for the fix. Called Dr. Blind explained the situation phone. He knew exactly what was needed to do the fix. came to the house was here for 15 minutes and it only cost about $60. Blind is repaired working fine. Highly recommend this company

My wife and I found Doctorblind through a local networking group and decided to have them come out and quote our new home with blinds. Brian came out, offered some good ideas and gave us a quote, which we were really happy with. The caveat, we needed the blinds installed before Christmas, and this was dec 8th! On Dec. 24th, Brian and his installer came out and installed 17 blinds in our home! my wife and I were absolutely thrilled! We had him install solar shades at our office as well and would highly recommend brian's company to anyone that needs blinds. thank you so much brian!

I live in a condo downtown and was having some problems with my blinds. I called down to the front desk to have a company come out and fix my blinds, and after three calls to the same company, I was unsuccessful. The office accidentally ended up calling doctoblind and spoke to Brian, whom told them that he would be happy to come out and take a look, that very day! He came by, was extremely pleasant and knowledgable, and tried to fix the problems but explained that it would be more costly to try to fix the vertical blinds than to just replace the mechanism. The price was really reasonable, and two days later i had new mechanisms operating my blinds. Thank you so much for your help Brian and company. I will certainly refer you to others in my building.

I bought a condo with blinds in various need of repair and/or replacement.

After meeting with several companies and reading internet reviews, I contacted Brian at DoctorBlind. He arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, resourceful, and at my request drew up a plan to repair blinds that others told me I had to replace. So, he saved me a lot of money.

He was also clear about what couldn't be repaired, what could be but might not be worth the money, and a range of other choices I might have. There was never a hard sell. And he was always careful in working around my home; he left my place as he found it. He was immaculate.

I called 3 blind companies here in Sarasota on Saturday to see about repairing a vertical blind and had to leave messages for a call back one was with a live person who assured me someone would call me back shortly..... only Brian with Dr Blind called back and it was within 15-20 minutes. He took my info over the phone was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail regarding the repair as I had described it. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and he was very prompt actually a bit early. He was very personable and extremely efficient. i called doctorblind yesterday about a vertical blind repair, they asked me a couple of questions, and was able to determine the blind that was to be repaired could not be repaired. They had me measure the opening, walked me through it, and gave me a really reasonable price to replace the mechanism and a couple of broken slats. They manufactured it yesterday, they installed it this morning and it looks great. thank you
